New Album Cover Of One Direction

One Direction release new album cover

One Direction have released the cover for their new album,'Take Me Home', which features the boys playing around a red British phone box.

'Take Me Home' sees One Direction collaborating with writers and producers and as well as reuniting with the likes of Rami Yacoub Carl Falk and Savan Kotecha, Ed Sheeran and Mc Fly's Tom Fletcher, it also features input from Dr Luke, Shellback and Toby Gad.

The Boys are excited about the album and Liam tweeted: ' So pleased to tell yoi that our new album is called 'take me home' can't wait for you to hear it! More news sooon!

The first single form the album 'Live While We're Young' will premiere on radio stations worldwide on Monday 24 September.

It will be released on 30 September in the UK and 1 October in the USA and Canada and has already been released via pre-order last week and it immediately became the fastest selling pre-order single in history.

One Direction's 'Live While We're Young' Single Breaks Sony's Pre-order Records

One Direction's "Live While We're Young" single has become the fastest selling pre-order single in Sony Music history. The song goes on sale in the U.S and Canada on October 1, 2012 and in other countries on September 30, 2012. According to Sony Music the "Live While We're Young" is currently No.1 for singles pre-orders in 40 countries.

In 2011 One Direction's 'What Makes You Beautiful' broke Sony Music U.K's records for fastest selling single in the U.K, and now One Direction has broken that record again. 'What Makes You Beautiful' is the first single from their first album"Up All Night". The song won the 2012 Brit Award for Best British Single and has been a Top 10 hit in several countries, including the U.K where it debuted at No.1.

"Up All Night" has been a No.1 in several countries and has sold 3 million copies worldwide so far according to Sony Music. One Direction is currently the biggest global act to emerge from 'The X Factor'. One Direction, which came in third place on 'The X Factor' U.K 2010, has so far sold more than 1 million copies worldwide of the DVD "Up All Night-The Live Tour" and more than 8 million singles worldwide. The group is signed to Syco Music the record company that is co-owned by 'The X Factor' executive producer Simon Cowell and Sony Music.

One Direction To Drop 'Live While We're Young' In October

The guys of One Direction shared with their fans on Thursday(August23) that they will follow up their massive debut album Up All Night, with their new single "Live While We're Young." The song will drop in October, ahead of their album release, set to hit in November.

They made the announcement after teasing fans that they'd have some big news for them on twitter. In a video message, Louis Tomlinson had a message for fans: "We want to say a massive thank you to you guys, cause we wouldn't be where we are today without you, so thank you."
The single 'Live While We're Young' saw the five working with songwriter Savan Kotecha, Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk again. The team also worked with them on their debut and is responsible for the hits 'One Thing' and 'What Makes You Beautiful.' The new song has been described as "an immediate, energy packed song mixing rock undertones with smooth harmonies, about living for the moment."

When MTV News spoke to Niall Horan earlier this summer, he teased to us what fans might expect from this release.

"We wrote an absolutely cracking song that we're all king of very excited about."
